If the door of your locker doesn´t open up at the time you need to pick up your luggage, you can contact us via WhatsApp on +34 623 939 679, or by email at info@lookalocker.com(WhatsApp is faster, though) indicating the situation, your booking number and number of locker and we will open it up remotely for you. In case this doesn´t solve the situation, we will come to the storage and open it up manually. We are at your disposal the 24 hours to solve this or any other issue you may encounter!
¿Puedo cancelar mi reserva?
