What happens if I arrive late to pick up the bags or need extra time?
If you have lost track of time (we know the city and its surroundings are lovely!), or you decide to extend your stay in the city and need to leave your luggage in Madrid with us, you just need to come on the day you finally want to pick them up and pay for the extra time with your booking code on the touchscreen. That´s it!
What if I go to pick up my bags and the locker door gets stuck and doesn´t open up?
If the door of your locker doesn´t open up at the time you need to pick up your luggage, you can contact us via WhatsApp on +34 623 939 679, or by email at info@lookalocker.com(WhatsApp is faster, though) indicating the situation, your booking number and number of locker and we will open it up remotely for you. In case this doesn´t solve the situation, we will come to the storage and open it up manually. We are at your disposal the 24 hours to solve this or any other issue you may encounter!
¿Puedo cancelar mi reserva?
Sí puedes cancelar tu reserva hasta 24 horas antes de la hora de entrada. Solo tienes que contactarnos por WhatsApp (que es la vía más rápida y solicitaremos tu cancelación y reembolso). Sin embargo, si reservas para el mismo día, lamentablemente no hay posibilidad de cancelación.
