What payment methods are accepted to book a locker?
You just need your smartphone and a network connection (or WiFi). Through our website www.lookalocker.com/enyou can book and pay using your bank card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Easy peasy!
Can I pay by cash at the establishment?
No, our booking system is automated and must be done through our website: www.lookalocker.com/en.
What happens if I arrive late to pick up the bags or need extra time?
If you have lost track of time (we know the city and its surroundings are lovely!), or you decide to extend your stay in the city and need to leave your luggage in Madrid with us, you just need to come on the day you finally want to pick them up and pay for the extra time with your booking code on the touchscreen. That´s it!
What if I go to pick up my bags and the locker door gets stuck and doesn´t open up?
If the door of your locker doesn´t open up at the time you need to pick up your luggage, you can contact us via WhatsApp on +34 623 939 679, or by email at info@lookalocker.com(WhatsApp is faster, though) indicating the situation, your booking number and number of locker and we will open it up remotely for you. In case this doesn´t solve the situation, we will come to the storage and open it up manually. We are at your disposal the 24 hours to solve this or any other issue you may encounter!
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before check-in. Just contact us via WhatsApp (it's the fastest way, and we'll process your cancellation and refund). However, if you book for the same day, unfortunately, cancellation is not possible.
